And the Guardian claim that Spanish rivals Real Madrid and Italian giants Juventus also want to sign the forward.
Liverpool’s summer transfer window was dominated by Barca’s pursuit of Brazilian Coutinho.
The playmaker handed in a transfer request as the Nou Camp giants lined him up as Neymar’s replacement.
However, the Merseyside club stood firm despite intense pressure and keep hold of their talisman.
But now they are facing a fresh fight to hang onto his team-mate Mane as Europe’s big guns begin to circle ahead of a potential swoop.
Losing Mane, who is currently serving a three-match ban for accidentally kicking Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson last week, would be a nightmare for the Reds as they seems to struggle in the absent of the Senegalese attacker .
The 25-year-old got over his dismissal at the Etihad by producing a superb display in last week’s 2-2 Champions League draw with Sevilla.
That performance showcased just how much of a key part he has become of the Kop machine under Klopp.
And his presence was certainly felt on Saturday as his team-mates failed to capitalise on their dominance and were held to a draw at home to Burnley in the first Premier League match of his suspension.
And similar to their stance on Coutinho, Klopp will be adamant that his key man will be going nowhere, no matter what money is offered.
