Former Arsenal defender Tony Adams has been one the best skipper at Emirates as he spent his entire 22-year career with the Gunners, as he started his youth career with the club at the age of 14.
Named to the Football League’s 100 Legends, it’s easy to see why given the excellent leadership skills Adams possessed.
The former England international captained Arsenal from the tender age of 21 in 1987, for almost a total of 15 years until the end of his playing days.
He remains the only player to captain a side to top flight titles in three different decades, having won four league crowns between 1988 to 2002.
