Burkina Faso have won the third place match at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations 2017.
Alain Traore's 88th minute freekick gave the Burkinabes the a slim victory over West African rivals Ghana.
The first half was all about Ghana with the Les Étalons were contended to work on the break with the pace of Bertrand Traore, his brother and later goalscorer Alain Traore, Bance and Préjuce Nakoulma.
The second half got more interesting as Ghana who did not start with Andre Ayew, Asamoah Gyan and Christian Atsu sent all out for the goal.
Jordan Ayew sent a freekick just over the bar. Jonathan Mensah missed a sitter from an in-swinging J.Ayew free-kick when it looked easier to score.

At the other end, Bertrand Traore dribbled two and released a left footed volley which went just inches wide.
In-experienced Black Stars goalie Kouakou Hervé Koffi had to be alert on at least two different occasion to thwart a dangerous counter-attack by his side's opponents.
Traore settled matters with a free-kick from the right hand side of the boz which his brother Bertrand has won.
Ghana had two more chances through Partey and Jordan Ayew to score but both fluffed their lines.
Thats how the scores remained as the 2013 finalist defeated Ghana 1 - 0 to bring their run in the competition to an end.
Egypt and Cameroon face off in the final that will be played tomorrow.
