Alexis Sanchez struck twice in Arsenal’s 2-0 win over battling Hull City on Saturday and moved up at the top of the Premier League goalscoring chart in the process.
The Chile International came back in scoring way with a brace, although one perhaps should have been ruled out for handball, to take his tally this season to 17.
His brace has taken him past Everton’s Romelu Lukaku, who fail to hit back of the net at Middlesbrough, seven days after soaring into pole position by scoring four against Bournemouth.
The 27-year-old now leads the race for the Premier League Golden Boot.

The Belgium International had an awful game to forget in the weekend as Chelsea dropped two points in their way to Premier League title with a 1-1 draw at Burnley.

Hazard tormented title rivals Arsenal and scored, arguably, the goal of the season when he bamboozled the Gunners defence.

The English midfielder had an awful game to forget in the weekend when his Tottenham side experienced a crushing 2-0 defeat away to Liverpool.
He has been one of the Premier League’s best since joining the North London club from MK Dons, and showed his class by winning PFA Young Player of the Year award in his first season at White Hart lane.
Chelsea fans will not forgive him for waking up in their dream land of winning streak.
Alli scored twice as Tottenham ended Chelsea’s 13 game winning streak with a 2-0 win over their London rivals early this year.
The Blues could have shared a record of 14 game winning streak with Arsenal, had they defeated Tottenham.
Dele has now bagged 11 goals in 21 Premier League games so far this season.
7. Sadio Mané – Liverpool – 11 Goals
The Senegal International has scored 11 goals this season in 22 appearances in Premier League.
He experienced one of his best games of the season in the weekend by help Liverpool get back to winning ways.
Mane scored twice as the Reds ended Tottenham’s 11-match unbeaten run with a 2-0 victory at Anfield.
6. Jermain Defoe -Sunderland – 14 Goals
Liverpool and England legend Steven Gerrard once said Sunderland would be a mid-table Championship side without Jermain Defoe.
And there is a point to prove his claim, The English striker has now scored 14 of Sunderland’s 24 Premier League goals this season.
5. Harry Kane – Tottenham – 14 Goals
Like Sunderland’s Jermain Defoe,Tottenham’s Harry Kane,who was last season’s top scorer, has also 14 goals on his belt.
4. Zlatan Ibrahimovic- Manchester United – 15 Goals
The 35-year-old Swedish striker moved to Old Trafford in the summer with many football pundits and fans doubting to whether the veteran striker could now cut it in English football.

2. Romelu Lukaku -Everton – 16 Goals
Lukaku scored four goals, the first of which was Everton’ fastest ever Premier League goal, against Bournemouth in a 6–3 victory last week to take his goal tally to 16 goals.
The Belgium International is one of only five players to score 50 Premier League goals before his 23rd birthday.
